let’s get to work.

All of my coaching is one-on-one, it’ll be you and me. Let me be clear though, this is not a commitment to my practice, but to yourself and building the life you deserve. I can tell you from personal experience, that this is lifelong work, but it’s meaningful work. It’s built on consistency, daily actions, and trusting relationships. Think of it like going to the gym and building your muscles. My gifts of sensitivity, intuition, and empathic nature enable me to see you clearly and help you to take actions that are in alignment with your values and vision, so you can become the person you are meant to be.

SELF ESTEEM

We’ll declutter all of the thoughts, beliefs, and fears that are no longer serving you and build out a gorgeous psychic space for you to get shit done and feel good.

My personal self-esteem work is where I regained confidence, found my voice and started to value the amazing person I am.

Self-Esteem Coaching is an ongoing process and is offered in packages starting with a three-session minimum with the option to renew or add sessions as we go.

RECOVERY

Addiction can range from drugs to gambling to food and I have experience with it all. I am in recovery & have been for over a decade. I know what it takes to work through this process and choose recovery every day.

My goals for these sessions are to help you generate ways to stay grounded, connect with yourself, focus on the future, and remove anything that is standing in your way of freedom. In addition to being in a 12-step program, having a recovery coach is a great way to navigate your recovery. We all need support.

Taking Care of Yourself 101

Taking Care of Yourself 101 is perfect if you’re new to coaching work, but also if you’ve been doing work on yourself forever and just want to refocus and simplify how you show up for yourself. This package focuses on three core areas: Practicing Self-Care, Defining Core Values, and Opening to Spirituality. These sessions are 1.5 hours and are most powerful when you do all three, but you can also book them a la carte.

Practicing Self-Care

We will look at your current routines, your overall responsibilities, and explore your needs. Sometimes doing the self-care things we really need (you know those things you feel really want to do but don’t) can be hard to do. These things may seem easy, but we feel flooded with guilt or opt for the easy self-care that doesn’t really serve us (another pedicure, really?). This session will get us started on simplifying your self-care routine and creating a more meaningful and beneficial lifestyle. We will work to choose focused self-care actions for you to practice.

Defining Core Values

I always say, “Values” is just a fancy way of saying “Needs”. Ask yourself, what are my needs? Most of the time when something is feeling off in our lives, it is because we are not living in alignment with our values. Once you can identify your needs you’ll be surprised at how easy it is to make confident decisions for your life. The ease of creating a life that serves you best comes after we define our core values and it’s right at your fingertips.

OPENING TO SPIRITUALITY

This session isn’t about initiating you into a cult. I want to help you get your spiritual self into shape. We’ll look at where you’re at with spirituality today, and where you can go with it. I believe that spirituality is inherently a part of us, but sometimes needs to be nurtured in a world that does not always value it. I’m into practical spirituality, so if you’re allergic to the woo-woo, don’t worry. Me too. Just consider spirituality another relationship in your life you need to nurture.

A La Carte

WTF SESSION

This is for anyone who has ever typed “What the fuck am I gonna do?” into Google during a crisis. During this single session, you can dump your problem on me and then I will coach you through the stress and into an action plan to help you move forward. 

Let’s relieve the pressure, not create more shit to deal with. Let me be the resource you need, so that you won’t have to go back to Google any time soon.

As additional support, you can add on Action & Accountability Texting to any other service. You will be able to text me at any time, and I will respond during my office hours.

What I value

I value authenticity

we’re going to get to the person you really are. Who you have always been.

We are going to peel back the layers of the onion to get to your authentic self. My gift is that I can see through all the shit that’s getting in the way of the person you truly are. Who you’ve always been. My authentic self was being held back by a hundred layers addiction, low self esteem, fear, trauma and so much more. I worked hard to get all of my layers peeled back and I had to ask myself a hard question over and over again -- without being authentic, how can I truly be happy?


I value growth

There’s going to be some growing pains, but it’s part of the process.

I was complaining to one of my mentors about what was happening in my life and about the pain I was feeling and she said to me, “It sounds like you’re having growing pains.” I’ve held onto that ever since. I quickly realized personal growth is not always sunshine and feel good moments. Some days it’s the hard stuff like saying no to someone you normally drop everything for and other days it just means sleeping in because it’s what’s best for you at the moment. The hard truth is that growth is necessary, but the beautiful part is there’s no ceiling once you start. You’ll gain the tools to create a healthy relationship with yourself and your life will start to change. The definition of madness is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results, right? We’ve got to grow in order to get what we want. My goal is to empower you to take actions that nurture your own growth. 


I value spirituality

We are already part of the universe, so let’s connect more through our own spiritual practices.

Spirituality offers us another way to regulate our nervous system in a world that’s, let’s just face it, ridiculous. A strong spiritual practice creates serenity and presence so that we can actually enjoy the good things in our lives. Exploring spirituality is where you start to get some pretty powerful tools in your toolbox. Mine were prayer, meditation, and the concept of a higher power. I’m not just talking about God, it could be your stuffed purple elephant toy. 

Something that’s just bigger than you are. Having the sense that something has my back gave me the safety that I needed to do the things that scare the shit out of me. This allowed me to become more present in my life and I stopped focusing on all of the negatives. I think we could all benefit from being able to seek more good because without some kind of positivity, we’re kind of screwed. We are already part of the universe, so let’s connect more through our own spiritual practices.
